How to Transfer a Call to Another User?
There are two methods to successfully transfer a call to another user extension; attended or unattended. An attended transfer allows announcing the caller to the user, letting them know who is calling before transferring the call. On the other hand, unattended is a blind transfer method where the caller is transferred immediately without announcing it.
- Attended transfer: When you are on the call, press the dual phone key ☏⇾☏ on the telephone and enter the user destination number; where do you need to transfer the call and press the “AttTrnf” shortcut key at the bottom of the LCD screen; if the person decides to take the call, press Transfer again to finish it; otherwise press split and select the caller line to return to the call.
- Unattended transfer: When you are on the call, press the dual phone key ☏⇾☏ on the telephone and enter the user extension number, where you need to transfer the call and press the double phone key ☏⇾☏ again to complete the transfer.

Attended: ☏⇾☏ “AttTrnf” Ext 102 ☏⇾☏
