Ondrive Techs are simply.... AWESOME! We had major problems with our previous phone provider and after explaining the situation to Jose he had the best solution; transfer the numbers over to On Drive and get rid of the awful provider. Everything was accomplished efficiently and on time, as promised. What I'm even more impressed with is that the customer service is excellent! In addition to doing everything Jose said he would do, he even saved us money! Thanks so much for a job well done!read more

Jose is not just the guy who calls the shots for ONDRIVE TECHS. He is also a very capable technician. Jose can and has done everything his techs do, that is what makes ONDRIVE so great because Jose's customer service skills are just as good as his tech skills. Jose can trouble shoot the tech side while also delivering great customer service. He wouldn't need employees if he could do it all himself. Coral Bay thanks him and his saff for their A+ service and for making us feel like we are his only customers. We know we are not,but its nice that we can feel like we are!
